Community Links Hawaii's mission is to help transform promising ideas into projects with a powerful impact for our community.  CLH helps our island community address needs through community-based efforts building a just, healthy, and sustainable Hawaii.

 

CLH leverages a keen eye for promising ideas, expert assistance, fiscal sponsorship, shared infrastructure, and a broad network to help develop and implement effective, efficient projects that meet community needs.

 

CLH works with passionate people to (1) turn their ideas into viable business plans, (2) begin implementing their programs, (3) plan for the ongoing operation and effectiveness of their programs, and (4) maximize positive impact on the community.

PROCESS FOR USING INCUBATOR SERVICES 

 

CLH receives numerous inquiries from potential projects. Here is an overview of the step-by-step process to apply:

STEP 1: Contact CLH by phone or email. Tell CLH about your idea or the type of assistance you are seeking.  To read more about this step, please see the Help Desk page.

STEP 2: Complete a Letter of Interest using the form provided by CLH. The Letter of Interest should paint as complete a picture of your project as possible. While we realize many people are in the beginning stages of developing their organization, we are interested in knowing your best thinking to date.  For more information on the Letter of Interest process, please review the Project Development page.

STEP 3: Submit a full proposal for project sponsorship. Proposals are by invitation only.  For more information on the proposal process, please review the Project Development page.
